Siege at the Core: The European Sorcery Community Gathers

On November 28 & 29, the European Sorcery community gathers in Brussels for the Siege at the Core. This 64 player tournament welcomes the best our continent has to offer for an epic battle to claim the Core Champion title.

Practical details

Location: Papier Quartier, Fabriekstraat 55, Zaventem, Belgium

Format: Constructed, 50/30 Deck size

Limit: 128 players

A constructed tournament

Siege at the Core is a 64+ player tournament. The tournament format will be constructed play. The deck sizes will be with a minimum of 50 Spellbook cards and 30 Atlas cards. We are excited to see the creative new decks the players will come up with, only two months after the release of Arthurian Legends.

Prize support

The winner of the Siege at the Core will claim the title of Champion of the Core, which guarantees a free seat at the next Siege.

With out spoiling any specific prizes, the top players of the tournament can expect:

  • An exclusive playmat, based on an iconic card

  • Artwork by Vincent Pompetti

  • Alters by Pietro Desiro

  • … and more

Meet with Sorcery artists

These artists will join the Siege:

Vincent Pompetti: His distinct style can be seen on cards like Dome of Osiros and Dancean Phalanx

A sorcery artist: Confirmed and will be revealed later.

Another Sorcery artist: Confirmation is pending.

Set in Europe’s capital

The backdrop of Siege at the Core is Quartier Papier: an iconic renovated paper mill located in Brussels: capital of Belgium and the European Union.

The event location is only 10 minutes from Brussels Airport within walking distance from the Zaventem railway station and accessible by car with free parking at the venue.

Registration via the Sorcery Play Network is optional. Players who are only registered via the Play Network are not officially signed up for the event.
