Getting here
By plane
Fly into Brussels Airport (BRU) in Zaventem, just 1.2 km from the venue (under 5 minutes by taxi). It is right next door, so there is no need for a train.
Watch out: Belgium has a second airport, Brussels South Charleroi (CRL), about 55 km away and used by low-cost airlines (Ryanair, Wizz Air). It is not near Zaventem. If you land at Charleroi, take the Flibco shuttle bus to Brussels (about 1 hour), then a train to Zaventem. Check which airport your flight uses before you book.
By train
Take a train to Zaventem station (the town station, not the airport one). From there it is about a 10-minute walk to the venue (800 m), or a short bus ride (stop 150 m away, lines 222 / 272 / 538). Trains from Brussels run frequently (about 15 to 20 minutes).
Tip: the Brussels Airport-Zaventemstation adds a €6.90 airport supplement (the "Diabolo" fee) to every ticket, so Zaventem station is the cheaper choice.
By car
The venue sits just off the Brussels Ring, next to the E40 and E19, about 1.2 km from Brussels Airport. There is a free car park in front of the building (about 95 spaces).
Heads up:don't blindly follow your GPS. Use Waze, or head for Brussels Airport and take exit 3 (Zaventem-Center). The venue's directions page has the full turn-by-turn route.
Where to stay
A few hotels near the venue, all Brussels Airport hotels a short drive away (roughly 5 to 10 minutes). We don't handle or arrange bookings, so book directly with the hotel yourself.
