Terms and conditions
Terms and conditions
The terms that apply when you register for Siege at the Core 2026, December 4-6, 2026 in Zaventem, Belgium.
Your registration
Your registration is confirmed once your payment has gone through, or once a discount code covers the full amount. You then receive a confirmation email with a link to manage your registration.
We add you to the official event listings on sorcerytcg.com with the email address of your Sorcery account. Please make sure that address is correct, because it is how your results and standings are linked to you.
Refunds and cancellations
The reference date for every ticket, including the all-in weekend ticket and all add-ons, is Friday 4 December 2026. How much you get back depends on when you cancel:
- Cancel before 20 November 2026: we refund 100% of what you paid.
- Cancel before 27 November 2026: we refund 50% of what you paid.
- From 27 November 2026 onwards, there is no refund.
To cancel, email info@sorcerersatthecore.com with your name and the email address you registered with. The date of your email counts.
Booster packs, catering and prizes are ordered one to two weeks before the event, which is why the refund drops closer to the date.
Passing on your ticket
You can always pass your ticket on to another player, as long as you let us know at info@sorcerersatthecore.com by 4 December 2026 at the latest. Send us the name of the new player and the email address of their Sorcery account, so we can put them on the official event listing in your place.
No right of withdrawal
The 14-day right of withdrawal from EU consumer law does not apply to tickets for a leisure event on a fixed date. The refund rules above are what applies instead.
If we cancel the event
If we have to cancel Siege at the Core 2026, you get back 100% of what you paid for your ticket. We do not cover any other costs, such as travel or accommodation. If the event cannot go ahead because of circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), we refund your ticket and nothing more.
Conduct and tournament rules
All tournaments at Siege at the Core follow our own Guide to Sorcery Events - Siege at the Core III, including its rules on conduct and penalties. Use common sense and be cool. Treat other players, judges, volunteers and the venue with respect.
Photos and video
We take photos and video at the event, and matches may be recorded or streamed. We use them on this website, on our social media and on Discord. Would you rather not be shown in close-up? Tell us at check-in or via info@sorcerersatthecore.com. How we handle that material is set out in the privacy policy.
Liability
Our liability towards you is limited to the ticket price you paid. We are not liable for the loss or theft of, or damage to, your cards, decks or other personal belongings, so please keep an eye on your things.
These limits do not apply in case of intent or gross negligence on our part, because Belgian law does not allow that to be excluded.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute is brought before the courts of Brussels. This does not take away any mandatory protection you have as a consumer.
Organiser and contact
Siege at the Core 2026 is organised by Sorcerers at the Core. When you register, your agreement is with Sorcerers at the Core.
